OUR POLICIES

EYELASH SERVICES

  • Full payment of service will be paid on the day of the appt. We accept Cash & All major Credit Cards and Interact Debit. Double check your procedure, date & time, as we require 24 HRS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION or to RESCHEDULE. If 48 hours notice is not given you will forfeit your deposit.  

  • If you choose to cancel/no show your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. Any eyelash extension appointments with no shows will require a 50% deposit to rebook in the future.

  • Any clients who are more than 15 minutes late will be considered a NO SHOW and the appointment will be cancelled and deposits will be forfeited. We may not be able to perform the procedure as we may not have enough time to fulfill a quality service- our clients are back to back.

  • Aftercare instructions will be given following the application. It is up to you to follow these instructions as premature shedding could occur. What ever happens to your lashes including the retention once you leave the studio is subjective for each client and THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEE that will be made. Retention is subjective on a variety of factors including but not limited to skin type, sleeping posture, unknown oil product use, exposure to extreme temperatures...etc. Additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.

  • Once a service is performed, there is a zero refund policy. There are NO REFUNDS given to services following a procedure. We advise for you to tell your technician if an adjustment is required upon leaving the studio premise. 

PERMANENT MAKE UP SERVICES​

  • Healed results will vary between each individual client, using a pencil or powder may still be needed.  Cosmetic tattooing is an art and not a science.  We do not have any control over what occurs during the healing process.  How your body heals is out of our control.  This is 100% you and your bodies job. Everyone heals and accepts the ink differently.  Even when following the aftercare; fading, blurring or poor retention can still happen depending on your skin and lifestyle.  Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work/correction, you MUST email us a clear photo PRIOR to booking your appointment. The price is for a new set of eyebrows. We must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discoloured, or large, tattoo removal/lifting sessions will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional touch-ups for best results. Additional touch-ups will be charged accordingly. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently.

  • A deposit is required in order to book and confirm every new eyebrow appointment.  This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session.  We require 72 hours notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment. If 72 hours notice is not given you will forfeit your deposit.  If you choose to cancel/no show your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. A deposit is not required to book a touch up appointment, but if any of the above occur you will be charged a $50 fee for service on top of the touch up cost.  DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be emailed an invoice to place your eyebrow deposit fee. This must be done the day of scheduling your appointment. The remainder of the payment is due the day of service by cash or debit only.

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. You will forfeit your deposit and your appointment will be cancelled.

  • All appointments and deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • If you have a serious medical condition you must arrive with a doctor’s note stating the condition and the clearance to proceed with cosmetic tattooing.

  • If you arrive pregnant or breastfeeding, prone to keloid scarring, sun tanned,  have problematic skin around the procedure area (pimples, blemishes, irritated skin), have been on accutane within the last year or are under 18 years of age you will forfeit your deposit because your tattoo artist will not be able to perform a service on you.

  • Your technician will only tattoo anatomy correct eyebrow placements, shapes and natural colors.  If the technician does not agree to the shape you desire you will forfeit your deposit

  • We reserve the right to decline to proceed with an appointment or decide to let a client go as it is our responsibility to protect the best interests of the client
