FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

TRADITIONAL EYELASH EXTENSIONS

Q: Are lash extensions harmful to your natural lashes?

A: Not at all! Our eyelash extensions are applied on your own natural eyelashes one by one (without touching the skin) with a specially designed bonding agent developed exclusively for eyelash extensions. This new technique is not harmful to your natural eyelashes. The adhesive dries very soft on lashes allowing flexibility and comfort.

Q: How do I know which service to get?

A: We start each new client with a consultation to make sure you get the look you want! We will analyze your current lash length, curve and eye shape and make recommendations. You’re never stuck with just one look. Want to try something different? We can change it up at your next fill.

Q: How is the lash shape determined?

A: We take into consideration of our clients eye shape, lifestyle and personal preference. We carefully measure and outline then come to an agreement before moving forward with lash extensions.

Q: What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?

A: We understand each client is different and may have an allergic reaction to the glue. We recommend a patch test 2-3 hours prior to the service. Should you have an allergic reaction after the service, we recommend you to remove the lashes. Please come back to get them removed professionally. This is done free of charge. Should you have a severe reaction, please consult a medical professional immediately.
