MICROBLADING

Microblading is a technique that creates very fine lines or strokes to replicate the look of real hair. Manually applied with different types of microblades. The size and thickness of the blades can determine how the hair stroke will look. For a client with excessively oily skin, this technique will result in a soft powder stroke.  Dry skin types tend to heal with more crisp defined results.  

If you are a client who does not normally fill in their brows with makeup and you are looking for a very natural look, this technique is recommended.  If you are used to filling in your brows, we would highly recommend Nano Machine as microblading may not be enough for you.

NANO MACHINE 

​

Nano Machine Technique is the generation of hair strokes with a digital machine.  Using nano needle technology, this technique is often the choice for oily skin types that cannot hold microblading but still desire the look of 'hairstrokes'.  

The main difference between nano brows and microblading is that nano needling uses a tiny needle with the aid of a vibrating machine to deposit pigment under the skins surface where traditional microblading uses a fine blade by hand to create the illusion of hair strokes.

Ideal for oily skin types.

MACHINE OMBRE 

Machine ombre brows are achieved with a digital machine to reach a more powdery makeup look. This technique is often the choice for combination skin types that desire more color for personal preferenece. If you are used to filling in your brows and desire an ombre look, we would highly recommend this technique.

Ideal for dry, combination or oily skin types.

COMBINATION BROW

The combination of both nano hair strokes and powder brows based on the clients' personal preference.

ARE YOU A CANDIDATE FOR EYEBROW MICROPIGMENTATION?

If you have any of the following medical conditions you are NOT a candidate for our permanent eyebrow makeup services:

Please review carefully before booking an appointment:

• Clients who have had any botox or fillers within the last 6 months

• Pregnant and or breast feeding

• History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring

• Viral infections and/or diseases

• Epilepsy

• Pacemaker or major heart problems

• Organ transplant

• Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)

• On Accutane in the past year

• Heart conditions, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Poor general health.

• Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing 

A doctors note will be required for clients who are:

• Diabetic

• Post Chemotherapy

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR PERMANENT MAKE UP APPOINTMENT

​

• Avoid booking during your menstrual cycle as it can increase sensitivities and tolerances to pain.

• No waxing, tanning or tinting 3 days before.

• 24 hours prior to your appointment, DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL or CAFFEINE.

• 72 hours prior to your appointment, DO NOT TAKE ADVIL or other blood thinners such as Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Niacin or Vitamin E unless medically necessary.

• Botox or fillers can be done 6 months before or 2 weeks after the procedure.

• Be prepared for your brows to appear a little red (due to inflammation) and really dark. This is apart of the process as they will fade in color 30-50%.
